The personal data provided to RandomUtility will be used for the following purposes:

  • Managing the service provided through this platform and for no other purposes. The data processed for this purpose will be kept as long as the business relationship is maintained and, once it ends, during the legally established periods of data retention and liability prescription. The legal basis for processing this data is the execution of the contractual obligations agreed upon by the user and RandomUtility on the Website. For cases where a user who does not have a contractual relationship with RandomUtility makes a request, the legal basis is the user's consent, implied by their request, for RandomUtility to process it.
  • To respond to information or contact requests made by the user. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the request is resolved, and once completed, for the legally prescribed retention and liability periods. The legal basis for processing this data is the user's consent.
  • To keep the user informed, even through electronic means, about services and news from RandomUtility. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the user withdraws their consent. The user may at any time express their preferences on whether or not to authorize this data processing. The legal basis for processing this data is the user's consent.


3. Data Recipients and Categories of Data Processors

The data may be shared with public registries, for the performance of the contract; public authorities for compliance with legal obligations, and with carefully selected data processors.


4. Exercise of Rights

This privacy policy informs the data subject that they may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose, or port their data by sending an email to support@randomutility.com. In cases where data processing is based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. Please note that failure to provide the requested information may prevent the formalization or fulfillment of the contract.


5. RandomUtility as Data Processor

RandomUtility will be considered a data processor for all personal data provided by the user that is entered into the service and accessed during the delivery of the services requested by them. In this regard, RandomUtility is committed to:

  1. Processing personal data only according to documented instructions from the user, including with regard to transfers of personal data, unless required to do so under EU or Member State law; in that case, RandomUtility will inform the user of this legal obligation before processing, unless prohibited by law for reasons of public interest;
  2. Ensuring that the people authorized to process personal data have committed to respecting confidentiality or are subject to a statutory confidentiality obligation;
  3. Taking all necessary measures in accordance with Article 32 of the Regulation;
  4. When using another processor to carry out certain processing activities on behalf of the user, ensuring that the other processor is bound by the same data protection obligations as those stipulated in this agreement;
  5. Assisting the user, considering the nature of the processing, with appropriate technical and organizational measures, wherever possible, to help the user respond to requests to exercise the rights of the data subjects. This communication must be made immediately and, in any case, no later than the next business day after receiving the request, along with any relevant information to process the request.
  6. Helping the user ensure compliance with the obligations set out in Articles 32 to 36 of the Regulation, considering the nature of the processing and the information available to the processor;
  7. Unless the user instructs otherwise, deleting all personal data once the services have been provided, along with any existing copies, unless required to retain the data under EU or Member State law;
  8. Providing the user with all necessary information to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in Article 28 of the Regulation;
  9. Immediately informing the user if, in the processor's opinion, an instruction infringes the Regulation or other EU or Member State data protection provisions;
  10. Complying with any other obligations under applicable data protection law;
  11. Notifying the user of any personal data breach of which the processor becomes aware, along with all relevant information for documentation, resolution, and communication of the breach.

6. Recipients

Sensitive data will not be disclosed to third parties.


7. Data Sources

Your personal data is provided to us through various contact and registration forms. Please note that if you provide data relating to other individuals, you must inform them in advance of the details contained in this policy. Sports data is obtained from official public sources.
